Praline Pumpkin Muffins

Praline:
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. butter, melted

Muffins:
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. each of ginger, cinnamon & nutmeg
1/4 tsp. each of allspice & clove
1 c. pumpkin, freshly cooked or canned
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. buttermilk
1 large egg
1/3 c. oil
4 T. orange marmalade
1/2 c. golden raisins

Combine praline ingredients and set aside. Sift dry ingredients for muffins together. In separate mixing bowl mix pumpkin, sugar, buttermilk, oil, egg, and marmalade together. Stir in dry ingredients and add raisins. Spoon mixture into well-greased muffin pans or paper muffin cups, Fill 3/4 way up. Top with praline mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
